Bow was after Speedy the second male dog, which I got from Susan Coe.  He came as a little, 4 months old guy across the big pond, unfortunately at a time when I was very ill and our household was a little bit chaotic. But he was absolutely uncomplicated and he fitted into our dog-pack without any problems. In Germany he did his first shows with great success and quickly he had his first qualifications for the Int. and German VDH Champion. Susan Coe had the idea to send him back to her so that he could achieve the AKC Championship Iceland/USA with her. He also started with her at the American Basenji-National 1998 in Warwick/Rhode Island/USA where he met us for his surprise. Soon afterwards he returned to us as American Champion. He also achieved the Spanish Championship in no time.

June 2004

Today he has withdrawn from show-business a little bit, he prefers sitting on his wall and controlling the valley below him, now.
